Terrezzo is our most intimate dining experience. Each evening 8–25 guests gather around a single communal table to enjoy a seasonal 8-course tasting menu with wine pairing, curated by our chef. The evening unfolds slowly through thoughtful courses, paired wines, and conversation — surrounded by the beauty of Valle de Guadalupe.
Our private garden was designed to awaken the senses. Soft water sounds, fragrant herbs, edible flowers, and candlelit paths create an atmosphere where guests can slow down and immerse themselves in the moment.
As night falls, the garden transforms into an enchanting dining room beneath the stars.
The Terrezzo experience is centered around a fixed 8-course tasting menu with wine pairing.
Menus evolve with the seasons and ingredients harvested from our huerto and nearby producers.
