As a perfectionist, he approaches financial management and strategic development with meticulous

Susana Gonzalez is the Administrator at IMANHA, known for her practical, solution-oriented mindset and her natural ability to overcome challenges with calm and clarity. She plays a key role across multiple areas of the organization, from managing Human Resources and internal processes to supporting the development and oversight of contracts. Susana’s dedication ensures that things run smoothly behind the scenes.
What truly sets Susana apart is her belief in the power of human connection. She values open, direct communication and works to create a peaceful, harmonious environment for everyone at IMANHA. Her presence brings a sense of balance and trust to the team.
Outside of work, Susana enjoys spending her time in the kitchen, cooking and baking with a focus on health and wellness. She has a strong interest in nutrition and personal growth, always seeking ways to live with greater intention and well-being.

Rafael Magaña is a renowned Mexican chef recognized for his outstanding career in gastronomy, and he currently serves as our executive chef at IMANHA. With over 20 years of experience, he worked at Restaurante Laja from its inception in 2001, blending traditional Mexican cooking techniques with innovative proposals.
Throughout his career, he has shown a strong commitment to Mexico's culinary identity, rescuing native ingredients and regional flavors, presenting them in a modern way. He has collaborated with international chefs and participated in major gastronomic events.
In addition to cooking, Rafael promotes Mexican culinary culture and the importance of local and sustainable products. He has also been a cooking instructor, sharing his knowledge with new generations of chefs.
He is known for creating unique culinary experiences that engage all the senses. His style is characterized by creativity, passion, and respect for ingredients, which has established him as a key figure in contemporary gastronomy.
Our Property Manager has been instrumental in the transformation of the ranch, taking charge of everything from maintenance to
the production of olives and olive oil. His hands-on approach has shaped the property, helping to create and maintain the beautiful gardens and plants that now bring the space to life. He fell in love with the ranch from day one, dedicating himself to its growth and prosperity. As an integral part of the
team, he plays a key role in ensuring the ranch thrives while supporting the broader
goals of the organization.
Passionate and committed, our Property Supervisor oversees every aspect of managing and caring for our nearly century-old olive trees.
From handling material purchases to doing physical work in the field, his labor is essential for the smooth operation of the ranch. His dedication to the project is evident as he takes pride in witnessing the transformation and growth of the property. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing sports, two of his greatest passions.
